What do you think about the Killing Jews ads in the USA?

Actually, if you add the tally, many more Arabs were killed by Israelis than Jews killed by Arabs. 

Lumping all Muslims together and accusing them of murdering Jews, homosexuals, stoning woman and marrying 6 years old girls, is just ridiculous.  And yes, it is racist and bigoted. 

It's just like that because there is lot of drug taking and drink related violence in some aboriginal communities, it does not mean that every aboriginal is a drunk, drug addict, wife beater and paedophile.  But those who are do hit the headlines.

i was talking about islam, not muslims.

islam promotes all those nasty things and demands of it's followers do do all that stuff.

if some muslims chose to ignore the commands of their holy book that is up to them  (and i appreciate it if they do so) but it does not change the contents of that book.

I fear you have not read the link carefully enough. Those ads do not promote the killing of Jews, they accuse Muslims of doing so and could well be said to promote a hatred of Islam. 

I wonder if the judge would have been equally happy for the buses to carry ads proclaiming "Israel kills innocent  Palestinian children".

In exactly the same way that  even though, thankfully,  few people choose to follow the more bloodthirsty edicts in the bible, they do not change the contents of that book..

Those ads would never be allowed here, no way.  I don't see that to be free speech, to me that is inciting terrorism. I don't know what kind of laws the USA have but here that would be a criminal act.
