I do a fair bit of interviewing and it's interesting the wide variety of fonts people use in their CVs. The old days of Times New Roman, Helvetica etc. are long gone (or are they ?)
What font do you use when setting up a CV ? Do you opt for the professional but oh-so-conservative Times New Roman ? Do you go for the funkier, edgier fonts like Haettenschweiler ? Or the cutesy ones like Kristen ITC or Jokerman ? Do you mix up your fonts in the same document ?
I used Typewriter font for a while, that was pretty cool.

When I was typing CV's for interviews, it was typing - no fonts!

Times New Roman is a horrible font, it makes everything so hard to read.. Whoever invented serif fonts should be shot
I like to use Arial for my resumes

What does my Font say about me?
That I am going blind and need to use large Fonts to see what I am writing.

Calibri 11 for normal stuff - that says I am too lazt to change from default.
ariel or TNR for assignments in size 12 cos that's what they tell us we have to do/
arial narrow when length (not restricted by word count) matters.
can get a whole extra paragraph per page, just by swapping to narrow
but I like sans comic

I like Verdana for emails or lots of writing.
Have used Univers........just a smidge different from Verdana/Helvetica and still very readable.
My favourite for design work where text is required is Garamond - subtle but not quirky, not at all like me
I have a penchant for Brush.......have never used it but find it most attractive
