I did think that America was supposed to use the metric system,

but the masses were resistant.  It won't wash with me that 'if you aren't

raised with it, it won't click'.  I was well and truly an adult when they changed

to metric here.   I can now think and work and cook in both.

It's actually a lot easier to use.

What opinion? 

I posted a video that looked at the issue of day to day racism in a humourous way. It was interesting because some of those comments many do not see as racism and they have become ignored. Like asking someone where they REALLY come from when they have just told you they are Australian - a quaetion I get asked consistely myself.

But I finished simply by suggesting that I believe your response to the posting of the video and the gist of the message was unconsidered and unecessary.

I can assure my post were anything but unconsidered or unnecessary, exactly the opposite what defines humour and what defines racism, is joke at the expense of a black person any less racist than a joke at the expense of a white person, the video stereo types all whites as stupid and asking illegitimate questions or statements , it in its self is as racist as the point it tries to make
