rich people can afford a cook and organic bread/cake with no numbers in them so it's mainly the poor and the middle class who eats that carp.

I don't know.. no-one needs to buy cake with 40 different additives in it for every day food.

Other more essential food, yes, low income, have to choose the lower priced products.
