P.S. I LOVE YOU
Became engaged to a Sailor from Liverpool, now lovely husband of almost 46 years; whenever he sent me a letter (which was at least 2 per day), he always wrote “P.S. I LOVE YOU” on the back of the envelope, brings back wonderful memories.

Both my parents were beatlephiles (is that a word?) it was a matter of love them or hate them, no matter what you got to listen to them constantly.
dont know that I could pick a favourite song, but their self titled (white) album is definitely my favourite. Being the eldest, and most vocal fan out of my siblings I will inherit the LPs that my my mum has, nothing better than listening to the Beatles on vinyl.
Suitably brainwashed I much prefer John to Paul 🙂
