What is your favourite dust mask?

I went to a major hardware store and they had a 2 pack of 3m  masks for $19. The P2 type with the valve that expels air.

It was very comfortable.

I use them when I paint ,plaster,do some stripping etc

Yes so do I, Iza. I use one when I'm sanding. Next time I'll try the vacuum hose 😄

the extra benefit there could be that if your window is the correct height ...someone  on the other side could place reward/energy giving Jelly Beans into the other end of the hose , ,shout incoming ,and deliver jelly beans directly into your mouth

nah scrap that...if someone else is there......swap jobs and you get to eat them when you want ..without much effort

Ora, i once used a sarong tied around my head as a mask while I was sanding. It worked quite well, but didnt look as professional as a 3m mask.

Yes I've heard. A paramedic friend told me a most distressing story of a vacuum rescue...OMG... Lol

I use them when cleaning computer dust.

A computer repair man told me that using a brush to clean the motherboard is fine. He does it all the time and he must have fixed hundreds of computers. The cans of compressed air get moisture on them.
