Kale is great Donna, I grow plenty as well to keep a supply up. Also known as Cavolo Nero from memory (?). The green bits of the juice are great, but generally you would temper it with some citrus, apple, carrot ... beetroot .... an all-greens juice is a bit hard-core !
yes all green veg is really horrible, weed killer comes to mind. beetroot juice is nice, messy though. Probably the worst I ever made was asparagus, broccoli, spinach, those evil little brussel sprouts and cabbage, I thought the spinach would help - ha. Yes your right about adding apples, carrots etc, they really help to make it drinkable.

Brussel sprouts are evil.
does adding sweet berries help? Or is it just wrong with vegies?

nothing helps the brussel the taste is very strong, would probably take 5 kilos of berries and you would still taste the little blighters.
