My computer and internet connection. Being without internet for four days over the floods made me realise just how much I depend upon it.
Also two statues I have, that I purchased when in Budapest, Hungary, many years ago. They are two fat men, one has a chicken on his head, the other has a cat on his head. I collected many treasures from my travels, but for some reason these two are particularly special to me.
I also have a massive carved wooden granny head/bust, she has grey curly hair and is wearing a leather hat decorated with wooden fruit, and wears cherry earrings. I love her, her name is Florence. She sits on a high shelf in my kitchen and watches over us.
I also have a monster chef who sits on a toadstool in my kitchen. He is a large, bright blue monster, made of fabric mache, he has a chef's hat and apron, and holds a wooden spoon. His name is Marco Pierre White and he sits on his toadstool on my bench and appraises my cooking.
