After 2 weeks on the Optifast meal replacement shakes, it's time for something nice
Stuffed vegetarian mushrooms.
Stuffed with diced tommies, olives, bread crumbs, cheese and fresh chives.
With baby spinach.

I try Crystal, he's very supportive of me so we are a good team. The only thing that annoys me about him is he can eat anything and he never puts on weight.

Geez Freddie, that's not many calories, I could only do that for 3 or 4 days, , I would get too tired,

I will Deb, if I begin to feel like I need more I have it. I spoke to my Oncologist about the meal replacements, he appeared to be fine about it providing I only do this to get a kick start. I will do that, by having the meal replacement for 2 meals, then once i'm on the way to a healthy weight, I will just have the 1 meal replacement.

Freddie you'd find that the replacement meal shakes would have the calories you actually need for that meal.

when you get to the weight youre happy with you need to stabilize it for a few weeks. Just be careful not to go too far,
