What's the strangest thing you have found?

Besides a diamond ring valued at $9000 this would have to be the oddest thing we have found. Took all the grandies to the park for a few hours and came home with this laser level. There is a hire company logo sticker on the back but they weren't answering their phone so will try again on Monday.

they 'd be grateful to get that back.  . one house i bought years ago had dope stashed all over the place,i kept finding it during renovations  there was a garbage bag full in the roof ..  poor quality , but enough to get a person into trouble anyway .so  i put it all in the old brick BBQ and burnt it. the whole area smelt like snoop dogg's estate.

 my mother had one of those drawers, locks without keys..string screws etc.  she only emptied it out about 5 years ago and mailed me the watch i wore when i was 10. i knew they wouldn't get around to having it fixed.

 its pretty ordinary actually, it has no crystal and one hand left .. probably from being knocked around in the third drawer for 30 plus years i just leave it in the third drawer here, i have one of my fathers watches though.

I once found the most stunningly beautiful Arab stallion in my paddock.  Heard a truck very early in the morning going up our driveway, and wondered what was going on as we did not expect any delivery.  By the time I got up and dressed the truck was gone, and there was this sparkling horse!  I reported it to the stock squad, just to make sure nobody would say I was trying to keep it LOL. I went to work and by the time I got home it was gone.  We lived in a long road on top of the 1st hill, then the road went down and about 1km further there was a second hill, and there was an Arab Stud.  No doubt that there was where the horse belonged.  I wonder what they did to the driver when he lost this horse 🙂

I found a box of documents from CASA at the back gate one day. The documents were marked top secret or something so I phoned the number and reported it. Within 15 minutes there was numerous federal police officers searching the area.

A ladies handbag with 4 bank books, $2000 in cash and birth certificates and passports. Many years ago I also found a 13 year old girl in the carpark of our units, she hitched a ride from Perth to Canberra....... freezing cold Canberra winter.

I also found a skeleton once, so ling ago I had forgotten about it.  😄
