What type of blenders are easiest to clean?

I want to make shakes mostly. How do you clean a blender properly? Use a new cloth each time you wash the blender because the cloth gets ripped?

The one I had, I put the glass blender jug in the dishwasher. Washed the other parts ( lid, bladse, and a round metal ring part) in the sink as normal. Cleaned the blades in the sink with a dishwash brush.

Nah I save the ripped cloth and throw the blender out and buy a new one each time I use it.

If you are looking to buy a new blender that is easy to clean, I recommend one of the Ninja Master Prep blenders. The blades slide in and out of the pitcher and the motor fits on top. So easy to clean and very versatile, though we use ours mostly for making shakes.

Word of caution โ€“ the blades are extremely sharp. I cut myself while drying the blades (they cut me through the towel). I now use a brush to clean the blades and let them air dry, lol.
