What would you ask them?

I thought this was kinda interesting (compared to the usual unimportant celebrity news...)

Even though their nails and gowns ect are lovely, the celebs want to be asked about more meaningful questions on the red carpet...

What would you ask them?

Yes.

Oops, sorry, I thought the question was for me!

How embarrassment!

Re: What would you ask them?

Even thinking aboout my favourite actors and musicians, I'm happy never to meet them.  I don't subscribe to the cult of celebrity.

Re: What would you ask them?

I'd like to ask them if they can justify being paid millions for achieving absolutely nothing when the real workers of this world work extremely hard for very little

Hey now thats a good one.

I'd like to ask whether they are aware of Hollywood’s tremendous, global influence, and of how misleading its imagery can be?

I realise the OP was just after having a bit of fun but, has everybody missed the point of the article. Which was (I think anyway) that the women on the red carpet just want to be asked the same type of questions as their male co-stars.

I missed this comment yesterday.

I dont really think it's about gender wars, not that you said that Lurks but after reading your post I cant help but think it sounds like you see it as a male v female thing. It's more about being asked something -anything- outside of their appearance I guess.  As someone stated earlier in the thread, in the end they are just people like you and I who have opinions on things outside of clothing, makeup, hair, nails and entertainment.  Does anyone even care to hear it though?  According to this thread some definately are not interested.

One extra point to note, if people got up there and said what they "really" think on the red carpet it could cause a bit of a shake up in the industry, bit of controversy.  All publicity is good publicity, right...?

Re: What would you ask them?

I'm pretty sure they've got standard answers to the standard questions all rehearsed. If you were to ask them anything original or different it would set them teetering off their high heels.

It is all about the gender thing. That is why the female actors are starting to arc up at getting asked inane questions while the males get asked about their role, or their thoughts, or their next project.
