Whatever happened to the "Fixer"

Every day the Coalition is running this country there seems to be an accumulation of problems that can't be addressed right now as there are more important things to do first.
Not that we are ever told what those issues are. Unless they are still referring to "stopping the boats" and the "debt and deficit disaster" which they claimed victory over ages ago.
So why can't the self appointed "Fixer" be let lose on all these issues and "Fix" them

We keep hearing about what things aren't on the agenda at the present time.  What is on the agenda and what's being done about them?

Amazing, isn't it. Can't deal with this. Can't deal with that. Always to busy dealing with what exactly. Just the daily verbal jousting of dealing with nothing
