What about Innovation? Research? Ageing?
Or even Tourism?
And how come Arts gets lumbered in with the Attorney Generals busy portfolio?
Yet Border Protection gets it's own ministry rather than falling under the obvious category of Defence. An entire ministry for a handful of people that apparently aren't going to be coming here anymore?

Western Australia has been stripped of its AAA credit rating by a global credit ratings agency which lowered its rating to AA+.
Ratings agency Standard and Poor's says the downgrade has occurred because of declining revenues and a blow-out in the state's debt.
It is the first time in a decade that WA has not had a AAA credit rating, and Premier Colin Barnett has conceded he bears some responsibility.
"What role did the government play in this downgrade?" he asked.
"The only thing I can say is maybe we're guilty of trying to do too much too quickly, maybe we need to slow down a little bit."
Mr Barnett has foreshadowed drastic budget measures to try to get the credit rating back up, including the potential sale of state assets.
The illusion of : 'Better Economic Management' seems to have died today. with all they have, the Barnett liberals have tripped up.

haha, you can't seriously think that murdoch rags produce better researched material than some of those who publish online.
Have you ever checked the qualifications of some of the online writers?
It's still obvious that the mockers did not read the particular article.

Actually, all you are displaying is a complete lack of objectivity.

but that doesn't make sense beccause a whole heap of funding has just been rolled out for schools to improve their science facilities. So maybe cuts in science for those schools who didn't take on the opportunity and are now not meeting standards of the new National Curriculum?
Even though we don't have a Science ministry, it is still one of the major areas on the new curriculum. They can't prevent acccess to the curriculum and by eliminating science staff this would severely restrict that access.

....from what I have seen from past Lib Govts, saying 'CAN'T' to any of them, either state or federal is like waving a red flag at a bull - one with no brains

I'm not. I didn't automatically dismiss your suggestion to read the article from that website. I looked at the political content before I posted my reaction. http://theaimn.com/category/politics/
