well being the rebel I am I'm going to discuss it...

mostly starved children is due to extreme poverty or famine, its a no fault scenario, not a choice made by the caregiver, who is more often than not pretty damn hungry themselves.

Abuse of an animal is a conscious choice made by caregivers (I use that term loosely in this case)

Both are extremely sad but not comparable.

I consider it abuse when people keep having unprotected sex and having children when four or more years into a drought. I find the men nothing more than criminals. Knowing their wife will have a child they can't feed. Even a Somali man would know sex makes babies in this day and age. Yet years into drought they impregnate their wives knowing they can't feed the children they already have
