Glasses are glasses, people wear them because they have eyesight problems...not by choice usually.

There is this phase happening, where people think it's cool to wear glasses for fashion, when they're not needed for sight.. It really annoys me.. 

Glasses are fun when you can take them off and still be able to see, not so fun when you have to wear them and get called four eyes

I think when older people start wearing glasses it is because their eyesight is failing.

I do know what you mean though, patchoo, about some wearing glasses as a fashion statement.
