I am not one to get into political arguments, but as far as I am concerned, neither party has someone credible to be trusted to work for the good of the people and our beautiful country.
So who do you think would make a good PM and why?
Male or female, I don't care.

It's absolutely amazing to me how people can continiously argue and fight to the brink of insults about political partys, but nobody can actually nominate one person they would trust to be our Prime Minister.
Many silly offers where given, but not one reason why.
That's what I asked. If you nominate someone, tell us why you think this person is capable of leading this country to prosperity and be a good example to the rest of the world.
By the looks there are no takers, only posters that like to argue for the sake of it.
It is up to the people of Australia to take a stand and demand that the Government does as it promised and is expected to behave acordingly, no matter what Party you favour, the Party that has been elected has to do right for all people or face the consequences.
OK, that is my last post on politics.
I leave it to those who like to argue and throw insults at people who in real life could be the nicest neighbours they have, whithout knowing their political preffrences.

Hold on a minute Erica....who would YOU like to be our PM? And why?

What do you mean by "to prosperity"?
We are one of the most properous countries in the world.
For the first time Aus has 3 triple A credit ratings. We avoided the major fallout of the global finacial chaos and were well positioned for the future....
Such a shame so many of us got sucked in by a crooked meddling foreigner.

For how long do you think?
More and more jobs are being lost. More unemployment, more financial burden on the Government. Etc., etc., etc. I could go on and on about the economy and a dwindling budget.
Whom would I like for PM? None of the politicians we have at the moment.
I don't read the paper, but I follow political things on TV. Nobody can tell me what so-and-so did or said, if I have not seen and heard with my own eyes and ears.

I'm happy with the one we have now. Mr Abbott is PM of this country no matter how much the left hate him & the never ending hate threads that are opened on here every day.
He is the man of the moment who will see Australia through the difficult times facing us & he is behind the 8 ball already with the unholy mess Labor left behind, as usual.

someone who doesn't need to hide behind 'the 8 ball'

He can't keep blaming Labor for the fact that he didn't have a plan or a policy or pretty much anything else.
