That logic may not apply as you say it does. Think of it the other way, the first man was created perfect and we have degraded ever since. As I said above, mutations are a downward slope, not an upward one. We are getting less and less perfect with each generation. We are getting more knowledgable because of stored and passed on knowledge bu we are not necessarily smarter.

The other thing of course is that science said for many years that the appendix was not needed, that it was a hangover from a progenitor that needed it, and has been evolved out of use. The same science has now established that indeed it is necessay and useful.

If God is good and loving why does He allow evil and suffering? Here, in the Book of Job, we see an example of a righteous man that suffered and lost everything he had in his life, but he never lost His faith in the goodness and love of God.

Why does God allow His people to go through pain, anguish, suffering, trials, and tribulation? Does been in Jesus/Yahushua mean we will no longer suffer sorrow?

Thank you ele, of course you are right. I am not sure though of that wonderful eternity applying to me, I think maybe I fall short of the mark quite considerably..

I hope you don't mean that Rabbit. As humans we are all imperfect - all we can do is learn from our mistakes and try not to make them again.  But you strike me as someone who has always tried to do the right thing and I'd hate to think you were living in a state of perpetual anxiety in case, despite your very best efforts, your God might still judge you unworthy of the future He planned for you when he created you.

Thank you for that, but No, I don't think about it very much, I am far too busy looking after my wife and son. I probably spend too much time on here, but it is my entertainment apart from a coffee down at the local cafe.
