Why do people protest about Islam?

I honestly believe that some of the protests seem valid

Some don't

I've probably upset a few on this board by saying my piece!

How many Syrian refugees are in Lebanon?

I doubt a lot of people actually know, there has to be some control, I hate the way our media is focussed on the very few.

I do not think that anybody knows, but it is in millions.  Not all are counted as they live in the community, not camps.  All i could find is old:
By the end of August 2014, the UN estimated 6.5 million people had been displaced within Syria, while more than 3 million refugees had fled to countries such as Lebanon (1.14 million), Jordan (608,000) and Turkey (815,000).

I imagine that now it could be easily double if not more.
