Why do some posters continually post up cut and paste articles without offering any comment or thought of their own?

It can be just plain boring and totally meaningless when the posts are just copied from elsewhere and not their own. I mean really, why bother to post if it's not going to be your own original thoughts, ideas and comments?

They do it because they are under the illusion that  most ebayers' only source of news is from CS.

I don't read C & P's either.  If I wanted to read them, I would look them up myself.  I read the newspaper each day and that's enough for me anyway.

Judging from the words I've seen that haven't been copy pasted, I think illiteracy is the problem. If you can't write yourself, it's probably easier to copy someone else's.
