SUPPORTERS of gay rights have united in outrage after the US state of Indiana adopted a law critics say would allow businesses to deny service to homosexuals on religious grounds.
“It is vitally important to protect religious freedom in Indiana,” the Republican governor said in a statement.
My God, this makes me so mad

Did a whole heap of businesses rally together and petition govt?
No, Bob.........this is strictly political...........just like all the efforts in state legislatures to either ban abortions altogether, or to make it extremely difficult for any woman to obtain one.

I've seen signs in businesses that say something along the lines of:
This business reserves the right to deny service to blah blah blah - but I haven't seen one that says 'happy' people are banned.
The local RSL is one.
