Why don't they leave feedback when they should be deliriously happy?

I cant understand why people dont leave feed back when in reality they should be singing praises, Examples, I sell a bottle of perfume dirt cheap, they get it as I see the tracking say delivered, they got a bargain and yet no feed back..... or I buy a bottle of perfume, its meant to be brand new, I get it and its used, I leave positive feed back as I cant be bothered to complain, they leave no feed back, it just makes me want to take my posative feedback back, Im at the point I wont leave feed back unless they do first, What is wrong with people that should be happy as Larry but they cant leave feedback, Is it not important? Am I over zealous about collecting positive feedback? Should I not care or chase them up and ask why? One just of late Ive asked but no reply, no feedback, arrr, Why do I bother, Unless they died, I think its so rude. lol

If you chase people to leave you feedback then you run the risk of their getting offended by your request and maybe even leaving you a neg.

I know it's frustrating. Now when I sell stuff I wait until the customer leaves me feedback first. I recently sold an expensive item and it had to be collected by a courier . . . that was weeks ago and no response from the buyer to let me know that the item had arrived safely and so far, no feedback from them.

Even a message asking if they had received their item and were happy with it went unanswered.

best thing is to forget it and move on. It's really all you can do.

If they do not leave feedback then do not worry because you can assume all is good or they would have contacted you or left neg if they were not ok with it.

As said do not ask anything just move on as there is nothing you can do with it other than read it if bored 🙂

And, no feedback at all is better than running the risk of a neg for perceived harrassment. 😉

Feedback is Voluntary. Yes it's great to recieve positive fb. As mentioned, it can backfire if you chase  after the Buyer for it. No feedback is better than Bad Feedback.  🙂

My feedback is set to private because I use this ID for buying. I use another ID for selling and that is not private.

Buyers like to read the seller's feedback sometimes and maybe  private feedback for a seller is not a good option.
