Like the tatts? Hate the tatts? Yeah, whatever, it's their choice...?
Discuss, enlighten me with your views.

I like tattoos that are easy to identify at a glance, Some get alot of them and they kinda blur together so you have to go up close and focus to see what it is, or ask them. Or they get them where they sunburn or tan and that kinda messes it up for me, look like dark blobs, thats all I can tell.

A small indiscreet one is ok. Don't think it looks particulary nice on a bride walking down the aisle in a beautiful flowing gown and long train and then you see a tatoo on her back. Spoils the whole look IMO.

I don't particularly like them but some of them look quite nice. One I saw was a girl with a small one on the inside of her wrist and I quite liked that. Hate the ones on the back, especially angels wings and the bogan southern cross above a man's heart. Chinese writing (bogan) and a particularly revolting one was a young girl in a short skirt and she had tattooed seamed floral stockings up the back of both legs.
My son has a tattoo. One quite large one by a professional and a very small one that can't be seen easily when he allowed his friend that was learning the art to practice on him. That one makes me laugh and I don't think he will have that much to drink again.

Ooh, lookie lookie. Another "let's attack women" thread.
Nothing like a bit of everyday sexism to start the weekend.
What sort of inadequacy causes a person to think it's their right to pass judgement on women?

Didn't seem that way to me, are you sure your not reading more into it then is there?

"What sort of inadequacy causes a person to think it's their right to pass judgement on women?" Oh dear !
Not every time a subject here that involves women actually represents an "attack" upon them, in fact what sort of inadequacy causes a person to think it's their right to pass judgement on those who wish to debate a topic such as this. One, I might add, that has been mulled over a few times here, and in CW, during past years.
My view is: why on earth permanently graffiti what is beautiful, a woman's body. There is no point in attempting to guild the Lily, or Jane, or Anne etc, etc.

Look at the title. It's about women. It's about judging women. It's about looking at them and forming a judgement.
Why do you think it's ok to talk about women as if they're an object like a car or a piece of furniture?

It is an invitation to attack women. Nothing more, nothing less.
This is not debating. It's purely a means to put some women for the amusement of other people.
What women choose to do with their bodies is their own business. Their body is their own. It doesn't belong to those who think it's their right to perve. If you want to perve pay the dosh and go to a strip show or if you have a female partner go perve on them.

What sort of inadequacy causes a person to introduce sexism to derail this thread ?
An inadequacy of their own perhaps .
Sad really

I guess I didn't see it that way, but then I'm not looking for reasons to get offended. Would it be better if the subject was men with tattoos? Or kids under the age of 14 with tattoos? "Parrents who allow their children get inked" I don't know. Skin art, what can ya do?
