If Aliens means do life exist outside Earth. I'll say probably. I don't think that's such a shocking claim. I would be more surprised if we're the only life in the entire universe/multiuniverse.

Monman, it was a tongue in cheek comment.  Ed Wood became famous for making the worst and cheapest movies ever made in Hollywood.  Plan 9 From Outer Space was at the top of the list along with Creature from the Black Lagoon,, et al.  Wood was so bad they made a movie abouy his career staring Johnny  Depp.  It was hilarious, as were his movies.

for example......for the internal spaceship scenes he had a drawing of the cockpit and window drawn on the wall, with the captain and engineer sitting on kitchen chairs.  Classics.
