Well in early January our Pastors' daughter was shopping for a swimsuit in Byron Bay. She was approached by a photographer who wanted to "shoot" her. They checked him out as she was interested and had done a little teen modelling and competitions a couple of years ago. He was legit.

She did the photo shoot a few days later, signed to Priscilla's Agency in Sydney the following day. A couple of days later did an 11page spread for Grazia Australia. A week later she was on a place to NEW YORK !!! She did a testing / casting with DNA Models and was signed on the spot. Last week she met with VICTORIA BECKHAM and she styled her Victoria, Victoria Beckham line around our friend's look for FASHION WEEK NEW YORK !!!

She is on a plane tomorrow to LONDON for Fashion Week London.

She has never done Catwalk.

She now has Victoria Beckham Tweeting that she is "Obsessed with Gabby", is also a Face for MaxMade and is apparently now HUGE as an emerging model.

All in just over a month.

And she is the most beautiful hearted girl...she was at our wedding a few months ago.

After London she is off to Paris for Fashion Week there and then to Milan !!!!!!!!!!

She has an amazing grounding and is a very very firm and devout Christian. She also has an amazingly supportive family. Her agencies are also very strict. She has so many people looking out for her. She is very very humble and sees the fakeness of alot of people, for want of a better word. My fear for her is more that there are alot of girls disappearing off the streets of NY at the moment.

Why do they look so indifferent on the cat walk there?? 

I prefer the Victoria Secret ones. At least they're happy and smiling in that one.

Bob, that is how the designer wants them to look. Victoria Beckham actually styled all the models for that line on Gabby's look. Backstage they had to get into character because they are not allowed to smile. Their face has to reflect the "look". For the VBB Show it was androgynous industrial. It wouldn't be appropriate for smiling faces etc. Back stage they were falling about laughing from trying to keep a straight face.

The girls just basically have to do what they are told, how to look, their expression, their walk etc. They have no say in it, and often get slammed for it.

She has very very good grounding, a strong family and amazing minders. Her agency overseas is very strict and supportive. She has lots of people Praying for her (please not on this thread Bob lol) and lots of support. All we can do is wish her the best.
