Microsoft Excel - anyone???

I have this spreadsheet that I want to convert. It has 30 rows and 95 (wide) columns, so too wide to print out. I want to convert rows to columns and vice versa - does anyone know a quick way to do it? It's a Windows 2000 version so a bit old.
