Spiders catch flies.
I'd rather keep the spiders and not have the flies, although I must admit I'm sick of my car looking like it belongs to the Adams Family.

We have a spider living behind the side mirror on the car. We took it
on a lovely 3 week holiday all around Tassie in November. It must have
liked it cos the web just got bigger and bigger.

Why dont people just get a glass and something flat like a book and put them outside? A hunstman cant really hurt you, I've had them living in my house before. They've never bothered me, I dont bother them.
But a Daddy longlegs can woop a whitetails a$$ in a fight ๐
Spiders are good, they catch flies and mozzies; i only object when they come down from the ceiling, then they get taken out to the shed; although mine seem to be homing spiders, always re-appear in day or so.
actually I once saw daddy-long-legs struggling with huntsman; as I was contemplating if I should rescue the daddy, I realised it was the huntsman who was being killed!
