art thread?

Hi folks. I've just bought a box of coloured pencils, and will be working on my first drawing soon. I'll post the completed work here. Would love people to post their art here for us to see. Doesn't matter what type of art - drawing, painting, photos/photo manipulation, cake decorating, quilting, poetry, origami, whatever. Let's have some fun and show our creativity. 🙂

If people find the time or inclination (or figure out how to post pics hahaa) to draw/paint something from the photo prompt, I'd love to see the pics.  No pressure  and wouldn't have to be done that week, just having a word as inspiration may be enough to motivate when the get up and go has gone ! lol

Hi soul. I find w/c's quite difficult, which is why I've ever only done one(on proper w/c paper). Right now I am kinda bored with acrylic, so will be focussing on w/c pencils. 🙂
