art thread?

Hi folks. I've just bought a box of coloured pencils, and will be working on my first drawing soon. I'll post the completed work here. Would love people to post their art here for us to see. Doesn't matter what type of art - drawing, painting, photos/photo manipulation, cake decorating, quilting, poetry, origami, whatever. Let's have some fun and show our creativity. ๐Ÿ™‚

Gillie, if you go into the Insert Image icon above and then search on your computer, can you find the image?  If so, you can probably post it from there.

I don't blame anyone for not feeling creative when the weather is blergh! Saps all motivation.

but I was expecting to see a pic from Tas ?  don't worry about it not being finished, who knows someone might have a good suggestion?  come on tas, show us???

anyone else done anything?

Looking forward to seeing yours katy.  I did something similar using driftwood, wire, shells, beads and sea glass. I love having "stuff" hanging around in the trees!

Have you done anything with the water colours moonlight?

I had my students use a pallette knife to paint their own portrait today.  We all had a good giggle !  Going to the art gallery next week before class so hope that inspires them.

How's the crochet pic coming gil?
