HOw accurate are the fuel pumps?

I had a 15 litre petrol can filled it up, the pump said it took almost 19 litres to fill it to the top. The pumps can't be that far wrong can it? I always find certain pumps often cost me noticeably more for the same amount. Have you noticed that too...

I have just got a new iPad. How do I get some (about 120) photos from my iPhone to my iPad? I have iCloud turned on on both so any new photos are automatically shared, but am having trouble with old ones.Step by step would be good for this technophob...
