Is personal Bail Insurance - a thing.

Or up to the Bail Bond Agency of choice.

Same as here Lion.

A bail (amount) is paid - to send you home until trial - rather than sitting in a cell - waiting.

The bail is assurance (??) you will turn up for court - or lose the bail - and if found guilty - go to gaol anywhoos.

He spent 2 years awaiting trial without ever being bonded out ... say what ? , his family could not save up $3000 during the 2 years - or therein is a story ?
