We would welcome you both and Rosie here in the Central West, NSW! The only thing is that the weather isn't much better. Very cool (almost time for the heater), a bit windy and it hasn't stopped raining since Thursday lunchtime.

We need the rain, so no complaints.

Raining this morning, cold and I've got the heater on.

It isn't even Anzac Day yet (when we are not supposed to turn it on till lol)

beware the wintery blast

finally got a short break in the rain so rugged up, rain coats on, off to get leroy his morning walk (very quick one)

a hous just up the street has one of those huge sun sails things on its front, well the wind has ripped it apart, pulling the metal off the front of the house up at gutter level.

its being swished about in the wind clanging and banging.

leroy was not a happy camper, but we had to walk past it.

still we got his bathrooming done and are bunkered back down again.

For the moment, it has stopped raining. A bit of blue sky but still a bit breezy and cool.

We now have 2 rescue cats... we picked them both up last Monday afternoon.

Both have been grounded (so to speak!).

We want to get them used to the house and us before we let them out on a very strict supervised romp around the garden.

Thankfully, the weather is bad, so they are not really interested in anything but sleeping and eating.

Melbourne.

I got 48 mm dumped on me overnight and more is on the way.

Winds gusting at 50 klm/h.

Grey, very grey out there and more rain expected.

15 deg atm, heater on and a very good time to be self isolating IMO

Agreed, Stawks, this weather is an excellent excuse to spend the afternoon indoors, ha ha...

I have it on the good authority of the weather man that snow falls can be expected at 1500 metres, 900 metres and 600 metres, depending on where I might go, if I could go, of course...

There's nothing like a foretaste of Winter to remind us of how bleak the coming months will, no doubt, be.

🙂

The powers are recommending this years seasonal flu jab early.    - one does not want to get a serious bout of flu and then at the same time the" push you over the edge" coronavirus
