I thought about it, but I'd be one of those who are lying in a heap on the ground sobbing, after trying to run 10 yards.
I have so much admiration for those big people that run a km on that show. I can't even run to the letterbox.

What I'd really like to see is a follow-up two years later to see just how many of the contestants have managed to keep the weight off once the show finished. It may be good entertainment, but I suspect in the long run it actually achieves very little.

It would be interesting.
They are in an artificial environment where they eat little and exercise all day long. Doesn't happen in the real world.

It was served up at a new year's eve party a few years ago.Ii claimed the claw carapase.

you could feed an entire village of ethiopians with that claw. I can't even imagine the size of the critter it came off. Was it lobster and not a crab or some other crsutacean?
Wilks, good for you! I have started hubby and I on a diet this week. Trying to cut out potato and sugary fatty stuff. Also trying to cut down his bread intake.
