the guy tried to use the excuse that he couldn't read the sign when asked to stop by police-obviously a liar-same person would run down a child in a school zone and use the excuse they couldn't read the speed limit.

you may be right, i didnt hear the guy say anything.

regardless, the police must act professionally, there can be no assaulting the guy.

if he did wrong, then write him a ticket.

as to saying he would run someone down, thats kinda judging the guy on no actual evidence isnt?

you might hit someone crossing the street, it happens a lot.
