what a very nasty young woman

Saw that earlier, what a disgusting excuse for human being

It looks to me as though the old woman was having a go at her attacker....and started to push her walking frame at her.
I think there was a bit more to the whole incident than shows in that very short video.
There is no excuse for kicking but I do think the young woman was provoked in the first place.

and that makes it ok to knock her to the ground?????

I saw the young woman deflect the walker which was being shoved at her which in turn made the old woman lose her balance.
What happened after that was unacceptable but the old woman looks to be as much at fault as the young one.
I believe there was a lot more to it than that short clip shows. It will be interesting to see what witnesses have to say.

I saw an elderly woman being punched, have her hair pulled, being kicked while she was on the ground ... perhaps take another look at the clip, in case you misssed it ..... Im sure the magistrate wont miss seeing it

As I said, what happened after the old woman was on the ground was not acceptable but I did not see the young woman knock her to the ground....she lost her balance when the young woman deflected the walking frame.

I can't believe what I'm reading here.
There is no legal defence such as provocation.
Everyone has the choice to walk away.
The older woman was singing along to music according to witnesses and the young one
wanted her to shut up. There were words.
I don't see the older woman shoving the walker at the younger one. I see her putting it in between them as a shield.
I would do the same with my walker if I saw someone coming at me.
She didn't lose her balance. She was grabbed by the hair and thrown to the ground!!
It was a vile unprovoked attack which the magistrate saw clearly. The young woman was already out on bail apparently, and has been the cause of other trouble in the Mall.

what i saw was an older woman using a walking frame move to a place out of foot traffic basically minding her own business. possibly singing or talking to herself. but not actually harming anyone.
then i heard someone telling her to shut up.
then the older woman said 'mid ya own bussiness' or words to that effect.
then i saw a very large woman charge towards the older woman and verbally and phisically attack her.
to me the younger woman has serious 'issues'
she cant 'hold her tongue' and she cant control her anger.
she should not be out in the general public, she is dangerous.
