So a mod message, in reality, does not address anyone in particular, even though it looks that way. I see that as unbalanced and unfair, but there is probably nothing anyone can do about the system unless the administrators do something about it themselves.
Well - there stands a question.
Anyone :
Does a mod address - the poster - the thread - or otherwise.
Hi Dom, In this case if you click "in reply to" you'll see which post the moderator was directing it to. LOL

What about mobility issues? I regularly see people in wheelchairs being assisted onto flights. I would think they would need much more help than someone who is vision and hearing impaired. They would also invariably need more assistance in an emergency. They don’t seem to hold anyone up.
btw you are not required check in 2 hours before your domestic flight. That is when the check-in counters open, they close 30 minutes before departure.
Jetstar (JQ) and Jetstar Japan (GK)1 domestic flights departing from domestic terminals (except Q300 New Zealand domestic flights)
2 hours before departure check-in and bag drop opened
30 min before departure check-in and bag drop closed
25 min before departure be at your boarding gate
15 min before departure boarding gate closed
