dear Mods,Is it possible to make a dedicated politics discussion board?

Dear Mods. Is it possible to create a political discussion board similar to the Art and Crafts or the Fun and Games Board?

That way the politickers could argue politics all day long if they wished without disrupting the flow of general discussion topics on Community Spirit.

Exactly. They are just rude.

From the beginning of the whole thing there should of been a Labor thread and a Liberal thread and thats it. They are rude how they keep starting thread after thread sprouting off the same dribble

I tried to make it just one thread to post on but after many of my posts being removed as being off topic you need to be really careful. 

There is a problem with the way things are being moderated or the rules.. not sure which one yet.

Either it is moderated as per the rules of the forum......or by the mod's discretion............... or both?

I don't know what your gripe is, Iza.

If I want to go and play word games I go to the fun & games board. If I need advice on a collectable I'm listing. I go to the Antiques and Collectibles board.

If I want to talk books, I go to the Sports Books Movies and Music Board.

If I need advice on a selling matter I go to the Selling board.

Why shouldn't those that like to discuss politics ad infiniturm have a board of their own? It would only be fair!

Those of us who occasionally like to dip our big toes in the tub can always pop over for a visit. And there's nothing stopping the pollie ppl coming back to CS for a bit of general chit chat.

The news of questionable value, the sad news, etc etc...............things people just don't want to read, bit like censorship?

If you want to suggest something for the new boards why didn't you go to the 

New Experience Boards ?

It is off topic for CS (general non ebay related discussion...the boards are part of ebay) and also against community spirit values.

the hardest thing is that I have seen what some have posted Icy ....I don't wish to post like that when and if I discuss politics which is dispite what you are saying part of this Community Discussion .It is imo the posts that should be moderated not the topic of politics.

Have we been given a new dedicated politics discussion board? No, we haven't. Isn't that the answer?

Would the OP  be happy if they could no longer post their political themed C&P  & bait click thread titles on CS if a political board was introduced?
