ha, never had it there! that must be annoying
atm, I have one patch just under my left elbow
sometimes get it on the top of my hands. which is annoying because you can see it......its soooo hard not to scratch when you are asleep

one of the kinder used to get it - we eventually got rid of it by breaking a vitamin e capsule open and putting the oil of that on it - never came back.

docs say put nothing in your ear smaller than your elbow (how the hell does he expect me to reach with my elbow??)
but - and disclaimmer here - no idea if this stuff sends you deaf or blind, but the kinder didn't scream, so it mustn't hurt much
maybe pour it in like ear drops and do the head shake thing
stick some on a q tip or your finger and poke that in there?
