I've gotten in trouble for pdf's myself..I don't think they are permitted ? Now when I see them I do think that may not last.

I don't think the judge opposed the release of the charges to the public.Some people seemed to have read them even earlier by what some have posted around the web. The MSM have chosen not to do so haven't they ? 

As far as ice creams...I think that's up to the Court to find in the list (evidence).Not for me to say and publish what's there and what's not.
