I actually feel a bit sad for Abbott. I think he had lots of ideals and genuinely wants to do good but is held back by being so incredibly clueless.

errr.....the last word I would use to describe how I feel towards or about Abbott would be the word ....s-a-d.    not even a bit.

I don't think that is the case.

 

The RBA provides certain banking services as required to the Australian Government and its agencies, and to a number of overseas central banks and official institutions.
