I think that Ms Hawkins has made a career decision. Temporary starvation to obtain a body which shocks and is all the more saleable for that for the  photos. it's not a very attractive look but she at least has the luxury of being able to eat whatever she likes once she's made her money.

Unless ... she wants too much money and can't eat little enough to earn it. 😉

She's a terrific girl, an asset to any company. She's prob just lost a bit because of the wedding. I don't see the need for the attack on her, she's never piut a foot wrong.
