jonny depp brought his dogs

I am appauled this has happened. Apparently  he brought both on his private plane without declaring them and so avoiding quarantine. It looks like he will be allowed to  send them home rather than being destroyed but I really  think he should cop a  massive fine .I cannot  believe  that  he was  unaware that  we do not allow them 

I  hope they are healthy 

He has really lost my support on this although  apparently 2000 pepople have signed a change petition  to allow them to stay....IDIOTS

I am actually asking myslef how the customs officials who  process these celebs (whether they be poli's, actors, royals etc) could have missed checking all bags that were taken through.

The  area that these (protected/high risk visitors proceed through) is not a free pass people, just a more secluded guarded area, so while Jack may have done the wrong thing, IMO our so called Border Patrol did way worse - we should be thanking our lucky stars it was only a couple of KILLER Yorkie's, rather than a sheet load of Ice!

Don't balme others for our failings - and, make no mistake - this is a SERIOUS customs FAIL!

This is purportedly the dog carrier in a bag, there was another woman carrying what was said to be a pet blanket. Whether the doggies are in there or not, that's what is being reported.

Well whatever is being reported or whatever happened, this has nothing to do with Depp, his wife or the dog carry-person. 

This is a customs issue. They either did their job or they didn't. If they didn't, then in theory anyone can carry a load of bombs in on a private jet. I can't see that happening and yet they are inanimate objects. 2 yappy dogs in a carry bag would make a hell of a racket I imagine.

Crazy Barnaby should have lodged a complaint with the appropriate department head instead of shooting off his mouth.

martini, it's a customs issue and a Depp issue. He/she/they need to understand why, quarantine laws on dogs exist, so they don't do it again. Whether they were famous or not. The fact they are famous brought politics into it. That could have been handled better, yes.

People smuggling bombs or animals in a private jets or other means of entry are still liable to prosecution, whether customs properly inspected them or not.

Ha haaaa, you can see why he flys them around the world with him they are so cute.

Had lunch with my friend today. I noticed a faint growling noise coming from her handbag. I said is that your ringtone? She unzipped a corner of her handbag and out popped a cute little chihuahua head. She quickly zipped up again before the staff noticed she'd brought a dog into the restaurant.

I swear that little dog sat on her lap in that handbag all during the meal and not a peep out of it.
