Fix Palestine? As though it is that easy. We westerners can't begin to understand the complexities and history that belongs to these people. Easy too to sit in an armchair and blame Abbott and our govt, which is just laughable.
Every single of our governments has been pro Israel. Therefor none of us is blaming Abbott for the whole mess, but he is not doing anything to make things better.
Maybe you cannot understand how complex situation gets when country colonised by Britain is handed over to Zionist, who then proceed to liquidate the Palestinian population and confiscating their land, but most people I think do get it that such situation will not improve unless Palestinians get their own state. And in meanwhile ISIS uses Palestinian situation for their propaganda.

Daily life risks are what we know and can avoid so your whole argument is nonsense and as your posts go on your antipathy to a Liberal govt, and Israel anti Semitic stance emerges.
We cannot avoid natural disasters but we can avoid public transport. It is both incorrect and nasty to say that I am in any way anti semstic, I live in the most populated Jewish community in the country.

To play the "anti Semitic" card, every time somebody dares to criticize Israel for the land grab & atrocities they continue to commit, is no longer acceptable.

From that article, it says they are closing because of
"constant harassment, pressure and false accusations levelled against the centre"
So they are clearly taking no responosibility for what has gone on behind those doors. Even if the owner is not involved personally he must have been aware of what was being preached there.
And then it goes on to say,,
"In all honesty, I think we didn't do enough with this cohort after the Endeavour Hills incident, we didn't do enough to engage the people around that young man [Numan Haidar] and make sure that they were ok and they weren't going through some difficulties."
That would be because they are too busy blaming police and accusing them of harrassment and setups instead of admitting there is a problem and dealing with it. Its not hard to look around the internet and social media to find out who some of the hate preachers are, yet nobody is stopping them. In fact they do quite the opposite, mosques around the country open their doors to the hate preachers quite regularly it seems.
Turning a blind eye and pretending its not happening or that its some kind of conspiracy against muslims will only make the problem grow.

Yeah me too, I doubt whether closing the doors will stop the activities.

There probably will be more attacks, you can thank our Government for that.
i realise that is what isis is using as an
excuse. thankfully most people see it for
what it is - part of their recruiting propaganda.
having said that - it does show how powerful
it is. it is important parents do not echo it.
