NSW Premier Mike Baird has taken the Coalition to a win in the state election, but its majority has taken a substantial hit.
Labor picks up a dozen seats.

That's right. A huge swing away from LNP but their premier is a popular politician. I wonder if he could pass a budget?

That is depends, if the senate is hostile and are bent being obstructive for the sake of it then no, like at federal level.
Wee Willie has paved the way for the T|T for TAT style of government and you can be sure that it will get worse with each change of government.
Guess who loses out?
