The scary part is police are acting in this way every day when they are out and about on the beat with no cameras in sight. I personally know of several people who have been assaulted by police over the last three years or so. In all cases the victim was not kicking off or endangering police in any way. In one case, the lad simply had the wrong last name. No formal complaints where made, although in the case of the lad with the wrong last name the matter was raised in court , with police withdrawing all charges in order to make it all go away, nice and quiet..
Multiply that by thousands of similar cases right around the country and the picture that emerges is one of unwarrented bullying and police brutality.
