Iza , one of those buildings to the side could be a knitting mill, no 12.

many years ago it was an industrial area, but it's pretty trendy now being within walking distance to the city

Deb, I looked on google maps and that showed the street view of that # & just to make sure I googled the post office address and it came up 9 - 12.

The Australian Woolen Mills, I think that is what it is called is # 13, according to google maps.

I just did a 'google' street view & it looks like it's that little side street running alongside Hoddle St.  Have probably driven past it a million times without even looking at it
