eloi,  Collingwood is full of old unused wool mills, most of them have now been turned into apartments, one of my friends lives in one, but in a different street. they are big old brick buildings. Maybe there was one originally on that site? or perhaps that shop is a 'factory outlet" ?

Lots of factory outlet shops in Collingwood also

it does look kind of funny that little shop sandwiched between those 2 large buildings, but that's what Collingwood is like
