crikey,i have a ton of pics from years in food service,should we start a thread for food pics?

here's a quick example of what i love to do-

my stems didn't come out so hot,as i broke the tip off my knife 5 minutes before service,lol! had to use a peeler istead.

i do alot of cheesecakes,my best friend michael carves them and fills them with jellied liqueurs,then i add some kind of hard top. we freeze them and slice them to show the pattern inside,he's very good! we used to work together,he runs a bicycle shop,and designs/builds chopper bicycles now. 

i'll pull up some pics and post them on the butter thread tomorrow,snooze o'clock for me right now!
