In another words are you suggesting that it is all our fault?  If men cannot accept that women are their equal, and some women who gain high position are their superior = their boss in work situation, that is their problem.

Not at all.

 One person being tormented by one woman.

I am speaking generally of personal situations.  

I hadn't even thought about workplace discrimination.  I haven't ever witnessed it.  

Just been in workplaces where the "bosses" were the best people for the job who didn't have a "superior" attitude.

I am not taking about superior attitude, but in workplace the boss is superior in the sense of the word that he/she is the one who makes decisions and says what people should do.  Many men have a problem to take orders from a women.
