Hi this is really weird never had this before. I had a tummy tuck 5 yrs ago and near where the appendix is (had my appendix out) just above the tummy tuck scar when i move my stomach muscles i feels like someone has a razor just under the skin and ripping through my muscles. When i first felt the pains thought my scar was ripping apart. Ive seen my dr 2 weeks ago when it started and she felt nothing but ordered a ultrasound mainly looking at my ovaries which i told her its not inside but just under my skin feeling. It started going away and then 4 days ago its started again REALLY bad i can hardly move. The ultrasound she couldnt see anything. I have an appointment monday morning but really fed up sitting really still as i cant handle these sudden pains it actually feels like something is ripping me apart.
Has anyone else had this?

Good luck with it, i'm intrigued to know what it ends up being. Don't forget to come back and give us a run down.

Hi just came back from the doctors, she said it was a pulled muscle and i should just rest and take antiinflammatorys. If its still the same in another week she will do a further extrensive u/s. She couldnt feel any tears or hernias and she said adhesions it would be different to the pain im telling her.

Interesting. A pulled muscle? Did you try and stop a sneeze or have bad coughing fits at some time to pull a muscle down there?
In the meanwhile do as the doc advised and you'll let us know the outcome. Take care.

I had a itchy lump on my knee and I bent my knee to look at it and a Rose thorn popped out, must have been there for years.

Glad you found out what the problem is & yes a pulled muscle can cause bad pain, depending where it is.......so do what the dr. says & hope it clears up.
